Questions owners ask
Your dog lives with their trainer in the trainer's own home. They get exercise, play, rest and daily training, with the routines and everyday sounds of family life.
Through your dog's private chat in the Dogwise Academy app. Your trainer posts updates, photos and videos there every day your dog is in training, and you can message your trainer and our team anytime. You get an email, and a phone notification if you turn them on, when there's something new.
No app store download needed. About a week before pickup, we email you an invite to your dog's chat in the Dogwise Academy app. One tap on the button in that email signs you in, it opens in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen like any other app.
