Professional experience
Eddie is a dedicated trainer whose work centres on changing the daily reality for dogs and the people who live with them, using effective training built on positive reinforcement. He brings years of experience in the field, and in that time he has developed a deep working understanding of canine behaviour and communication. That understanding is what allows him to tailor a program to the individual dog rather than applying a fixed formula, and it is the reason his approach holds up across very different temperaments and histories. Eddie's career in training has taken him widely, and he has worked with a demanding client base whose expectations of professionalism and results are high. Those experiences have sharpened his skills and broadened his perspective on what good training looks like in practice, and he brings the same standard to every family he works with regardless of the dog or the circumstances. Owners working with Eddie can expect a trainer who has operated at a high level, who reads dogs quickly and accurately, and who is genuinely invested in the result.
A little bit about me
Eddie's focus is the bond between a dog and its owner, and everything he does is aimed at making that relationship stronger and easier. He believes in the power of positive reinforcement, and he works hard to create a learning environment that is supportive and genuinely enjoyable for the whole family rather than a source of stress. He takes real pride in the success stories that come out of his programs, because he understands that every behaviour resolved improves quality of life on both ends of the leash, not just the dog's. When he is not training, Eddie is usually with his own dogs or outdoors, and he continues to build his knowledge of canine behaviour because he treats it as a field that keeps teaching him.
