Professional experience
Bailey's training career began in 2015 with two family dogs, an Australian cattle dog and a German shepherd, and grew quickly into something considerably more serious. Drawn to the craft of training, she started in obedience and agility and developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the bond those disciplines create between handler and dog. In 2019 she and her dog Bella represented Team USA in agility at the European Open Junior in Switzerland, which is a genuine mark of standing in a competitive field. That experience sharpened her determination to help ordinary families reach the same depth of connection with their own dogs. She now trains and competes with three border collies across agility, obedience, dock diving, disc dog and Fast CAT. Her dog Rumor was ranked the number one border collie in Bad Dog Agility from 2021 to 2023 and took first place at Agility Nationals in 2023. Owners working with Bailey are working with a trainer competing successfully at the top of her sport.

Bailey's certifications are extensive and cover Pet CPR and First Aid, Certified Stunt Dog Judge, AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, AKC Temperament Testing Evaluator, Canine Conditioning and Fitness Coach and Trick Dog Instructor. That breadth reflects a trainer who has deliberately built knowledge across performance, welfare, safety and assessment rather than specialising narrowly. Her ultimate passion is helping owners create genuine understanding and connection with their dogs, and it is worth being clear about what her competitive record means for an ordinary family pet. The precision, timing and relationship required to win at national level are exactly the qualities that make everyday training work. Bailey brings that standard to every dog she takes on, whatever the family's goals, and owners benefit from a level of technical skill that most pet dogs never encounter.
